Faith & Film
Join us at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel for Francis Ford Coppola's take on Walter Farley's The Black Stallion. The gorgeous color design and wonderful cinematography may remind you of Franco Zeffirelli's set design work in the 60s production of Romeo and Juliet. This is a heart-warming movie that addresses solitude and loneliness, individuality, interdependence, perseverance and achievement. Following the film, we will talk about how these themes relate to our life of faith. All ages are welcome—popcorn and bottled water provided!
