 Our church's sanctuary. |
Worship is absolutely central to our life together as Christians. Worship is our thankful response of praise to our Creator, Redeemer, and Sustainer.
We gather together each week for worship at 11:00 a.m. If you are looking for a place to encounter God's Spirit, we hope that you will join us for worship, which is a time to feed your soul, connect with other Christians, and be equipped to serve God in the world.
Beginning May 4, 2008, we are adding a second Sunday worship service; at 8:35 a.m. we will have gathering music and the worship service will be from 8:45-9:30 a.m. This earlier service will be less formal and the music will have a different feel to it. Although this service will differ from the more traditional style of worship at the 11:00 a.m. service, nevertheless, both will reflect our Reformed theology and style of worship.
This contempory style of Christian music is expressed through a rich variety of instruments such as an electronic keyboard, guitars, drums, conga, flute, clarinet, and so on. Also, the Worship Band will include 5-10 singers/worship leaders; thus, the music will be more modern and lively but its main focus will be to give praise and honor to God.
